Lichens

 

I wish my skin could grow lichen. Moss. Mushrooms. Algaes. I wish they colonized my skin and made me a glorious monster. Unspeakable. Uncategorized. I wish we shared nerves, cells, memories, feelings. I wish our frontiers erased and we mutated together, slowly. Symbiosis.
